Several years ago, when the author moved to Maine, he wanted this book. It did not exist. So, he did what many defense attorneys do - start to collect cases. However, each attorney does the same, which wastes time, and many would rather not reinvent the wheel for every issue. At the suggestion of another attorney, this book was created - it is the book the author wants on his own bookshelf. If others want a copy - then so much the better.
